"Past to Present"
How far does one have to go
before the whole world will know
that He is the one who sits on the throne?
Through hellfire and brimstone.
He came to the world, but was shunned
before His awesome deed could be done.
Even though He lived a pure life,
He died for our sins and everyone's strife.
As He hung there awaiting His death,
He asked his Father to forgive us with His final breath.
Now it is our turn
for His fire still burns.
It's our job to spread His grace
to every corner of every place.
